Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spiritual and intuitive services, all payments are non-refundable once a session has been completed or a package has started. This policy ensures that I can dedicate my energy and focus to each client fully.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, personal crises), I may offer a partial credit toward future services at my discretion. However, once the service has been initiated, refunds are not provided.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a 50% charge for the missed session.

No-shows will be charged the full price of the session. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Your time is valuable, and so is mine; I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
