What makes Kelly’s readings different from other psychic readers?

With over 20 years of experience, I offer honest, intuitive readings that focus on clarity and deep emotional support. My intention is to provide guidance that resonates on a soul level, leaving you feeling empowered and lighter. Many clients return over time to later share how my predictions unfolded exactly as I shared, and that’s the magic of real, grounded guidance.

Can I book a same-day phone reading?

I used to offer same-day readings, but as my practice has evolved and I’ve slowed down to create more space for deep, thoughtful sessions, I no longer offer same-day appointments.
By giving myself and my clients more time to fully prepare, I’m able to bring the best, most meaningful guidance possible to our sessions.

Have you changed your Business Name?

Yes.  Formerly known as Midnight Psychic, I now work under the name Lunar Luxe Soul—a renewed space for deeper, more aligned energy service. 

Do you read for international clients?

Yes, absolutely!
If you’re outside Australia, I offer MP3 recorded readings that allow you to enjoy the session whenever it’s most convenient for you. This way, there are no concerns about time zones.

What kinds of readings do you offer?

I offer a range of readings, from psychic tarot using Rider Waite Tarot, to oracle and Lenormand cards. I also specialise in love astrology readings, including soul connections, synastry, and fated relationships. Whether you’re seeking clarity about love, life, or your soul’s journey, I’m here to guide you.

How long is the wait time if I book?

If you're looking to book, here's the timeline to keep in mind:

• Phone readings:  you select the preferred time via the booking app  as you checkout the reading you want.  usually it can be up to 5 -7 days 

• MP3 recorded readings: Typically a minimum of up to 7-10 days, depending on how busy things are.

On average, wait times are usually 2–5 days, but I always aim to keep things flowing as smoothly as possible. 

Can I ask specific questions during my reading?

Of course!
Your session is all about YOU, so please feel free to bring any questions or concerns you have. Whether it's love, life, or something personal, we’ll focus on what matters most to you.

Can you read about my ex and their new relationship?

I don't offer readings on other people's relationships, as this is considered "psychic spying." However, we can absolutely explore the energy between you and your ex, looking at how they’re feeling toward you right now and what insights or guidance can help you on your own love journey moving forward.

Are you a medium?

No, I don’t specialise in mediumship.
My readings focus on intuitive guidance through tarot, astrology, and psychic insight, which provide clear answers and direction for your current life situations.

Can I ask about health or legal issues?

If it’s a personal situation, I can read the energy around it, but I don’t provide medical or legal advice. Such as if the legal company will be helpful to your situation or if the doctor is the best for you between another your considering. this is what we can read. 
I’ll guide you toward the best possible outcomes, though, by looking at the energy surrounding your choices and offering insight on your next steps.

How do I pay for readings or order decks?

You can pay securely through my online shop via bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, or major credit cards. It’s easy and safe!  Your order is processed by me to the printer who will pack and post your order to you via plain mailer this can take up to 7-14 days depending on your location and country. If you would like a personal touch of me packing your order, there is an extra cost but please reach out before ordering.  

Do you sell tarot and oracle decks?

Yes, I’m so excited to offer my self-published tarot and oracle decks.
They’re available through my online shop, and each deck is designed with care to support your spiritual journey.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my reading?

Life happens, I completely understand!
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know at least 24 hours before your session so I can offer you another available time. If it’s within 24 hours, I may need to apply a cancellation fee, but we’ll work together to find a good solution.

What is your refund policy?

As a service, readings are non-refundable.
If something comes up and you need to reschedule, I’m happy to find the next available time or offer your session as an MP3 recording.
